All trips, schedules, locations, and services are subject to availability, weather conditions, water conditions, and guide discretion.

2. Booking and Payments

Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required to reserve your guided fishing trip. Remaining balances are due as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, electronic payment platforms, or other approved methods.

Cancellation Policy

Because guide dates are limited and reserved specifically for clients:

  • Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be rescheduled based on availability.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and circumstances.
  • No-shows may forfeit deposits or trip payments.

Weather-related cancellations or unsafe river conditions will be handled at guide discretion and may result in rescheduling.

3. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor activities and fishing involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Slippery surfaces
  • Water hazards
  • Hooks and fishing equipment
  • Boat travel
  • Wildlife encounters
  • Weather conditions
  • Physical injury

By participating in guided trips, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with fishing and outdoor recreation activities.

4. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robert James Guide Service shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Accidents
  • Delays
  • River or weather conditions
  • Acts outside our reasonable control

Participation in any guided trip is at your own risk.

5. Safety Requirements

Clients agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the guide.

We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if a participant:

  • Acts recklessly
  • Is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
  • Endangers others
  • Refuses to follow safety instructions

6. Fishing Licenses and Regulations

Clients are responsible for obtaining all required Arkansas fishing licenses and complying with applicable Arkansas Game and Fish Commission regulations.

We are not responsible for fines or penalties resulting from failure to comply with state laws.

7. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website
